Please note: Import files are exclusively for LCME Centre Representatives.

Step 1) Download your import files - Spring 2026

Please download the appropriate import file:

• Practical exams import file - Spring 2026 (Excel)
• Practical Group, Ensemble, Duet, or Duologue exam import file - Spring 2026 (Excel)

You must use one import file per centre.

Step 2) Ready to submit

Here's what you need to know:

• Find the deadline for your region/country - Practical session dates
• Theory exams are only available in the Winter and Summer sessions
• Please upload one import file per centre before the deadline
• To ensure data compatibility, please complete the Import File using Excel or WPS
• Use the upload link below, as we cannot accept email submissions
