Please note: Import files are exclusively for LCME Centre Representatives.

Step 1) Download Your Import Files - Spring 2025

Please download the appropriate import file:

• Practical exams import file - DOWNLOAD (Spring 2025)
• Practical Group, Ensemble, Duet, or Duologue exam import file - DOWNLOAD (Spring 2025)

You must use one import file per centre.

Step 2) Ready to Submit?

Here's what you need to know:

• Your deadline: 8 February 2025 for all Spring practical in-person exams
• Please upload one import file per centre
• To ensure data compatibility, please complete the Import File using Excel or WPS
• Use our upload link below (we cannot accept email submissions)
