Winter 2026 UK exam entry payment issue

We are aware of an issue affecting some online entry payments, which may cause a blank screen to appear during the payment process. We are working with our payment provider and web teams to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please do not worry about your exam entry. Although the current UK entry closing date is 8 October, no customer will be disadvantaged as a result of this issue.

What to do

If you experience this problem (or have experienced it in recent days), please email lcme.admin@uwl.ac.uk before 10 October using the subject line “Payment Problems”. 

Please include details of the entry you are making and your telephone number. Any customer who contacts us before 10 October will have their entry protected and will be supported through an alternative process to ensure their booking can be completed without penalty.
