Updates to our Guitar & Bass publications
We’ve made some changes to our Guitar and Bass publications to make key resources more accessible. Here is what you need to know.
Bass & Rock Guitar handbooks – now free to download
As of 14 January 2026, our existing Bass and Rock handbooks are no longer available in print format. We recognise that many teachers continue to find these books useful, so rather than withdrawing these materials completely, we’re making them available as free downloadable PDFs via our website. You can download them today from the relevant subject pages:
Electric Guitar – 50% off digital editions
To support digital access, we’re offering 50% off the digital editions of our Electric Guitar handbooks. We hope this will provide greater flexibility and affordability for teachers and learners who prefer to work digitally.
Acoustic Guitar – no change
Our Acoustic Guitar publications remain unaffected and will continue to be available as normal.
