An update on digital examinations
Published Thursday 1 December 2022
You may be aware that LCME has been forced to terminate its relationship with its previous digital platform provider for reasons beyond its control.
At LCME, we aim to put the interests of candidates, parents, teachers and representatives at the heart of everything we do. As a regulated organisation, we do everything to ensure that our services remain fully compliant and fit for purpose.
We are very sorry for any temporary inconvenience moving to a new digital platform may have caused you.
Today, (Thursday 1 December 2022), we have launched our new and improved digital examinations platform. The new platform will improve the digital exams process for everyone, as it is easier to use, has faster performance, and will provide candidates with their results quicker than ever.
In addition to the replacement digital platform, we will be offering an exciting range of new services in 2023, as we have listened to your feedback and seek to continue to improve our offering.
You can find out more about the new digital platform and plans for 2023 by registering for one of the upcoming virtual Q&A sessions hosted by the Head of LCME, Dr Jonathan Drennan.
The sessions are on Thursday 1 December, and Friday 2 December 2022, and you can join via the LCME Facebook page or LCME YouTube channel.
Register for one of the sessions below:
During the session, you can submit questions via the comments/chat feature. The sessions are being recorded and will be shared on LCME’s social media channels, along with further updates about the new digital platform, over the coming days and weeks.
