Designed for Musical Theatre performers who want to focus on Vocal Performance. Candidates will be assessed on Vocal Exercises, Song Selection, Performance and a Discussion.
Musical Theatre for Actors 2024
Musical Theatre for Actors 2024 replaces the Musical Theatre 2023 syllabus as part of the MT Routes rebranding initiative. Please note that all requirements and components remain unchanged.
Designed for Musical Theatre performers who want to showcase their Acting skills through songs. Candidates will explore the song’s lyrics and communicate the story through actions, spoken word and sung voice. They can choose from Recital, Concert, Cabaret or Duet performance.
Musical Theatre Diplomas 2025
The Musical Theatre Diploma 2025 syllabus introduces a unified set of requirements applicable to both in-person and digital exams, regardless of whether you are following the Actors or Singers route.
The Musical Theatre for Singers and Actors Diploma syllabuses remaining valid until 31st December 2025.

Exam options
Candidates can select from In-person and Recorded exams in various formats depending on the route chosen.
Teachers and teaching organisations can enter students online through our network of Public Exam Centres and can also opt to host a Private Exam Day for their own students through our dedicated team of LCME Reps and Customer Service Team.
