As valued partners in our mission to empower performers, we're here to help you smoothly manage multiple exam entries for your centre(s). Our streamlined import process ensures you can focus on what matters most - supporting your candidates on their performance journey.

Please note: Import files are exclusively for LCME Centre Representatives.

Step 1) Request Your Import Files - Spring 2025

Please request the appropriate import file by emailing lcme.admin@uwl.ac.uk, specifying which import file is needed:

• Practical exams import file
• Practical Group, Ensemble, Duet or Duologue exam import file

Step 2) Ready to Submit?

Here's what you need to know:

• Your deadline: 8 February 2025 for all Spring practical in-person exams
• Please upload one import file per centre
• To ensure data compatibility, please complete the Import File using Excel or WPS
• Use our upload link below (we cannot accept email submissions)
