View session closing dates. Provisional exam dates are below. LCME will make all possible attempts to meet date requests, but they are not guaranteed. Please be prepared for your exam to be scheduled at any time within the exam session.

All exams will be at The Ship (address below). Mobiles will not work at The Ship, so please call the LCME centre rep, Vanessa Martin-Adams, on 01189 814504 on your exam day if you need a message to get through.

Information for candidates

There is a warm-up room and piano in another quieter area of The Ship. We also have another warm-up room specifically for pianists.
We have a baby grand piano available for piano exams and anyone who needs to accompany an instrument.
A Yamaha P140 digital piano is in the exam room for accompanists to be used for the Music Theatre/Pop Vocal exams.
Please bring your own device, if needed, for Music Theatre/Pop Vocal exams.
A CD player with Bluetooth and USB is there at the Hall, just in case needed as a back up.
Please bring a stand, clip-on light, and your keyboard if you are doing an electronic keyboard exam.
