How to Enter

  1. Submit your entry/entries through the LCME Digital Exams portal or Import File (for LCME Representatives only) by 31 July 2024.

  2. The winners will be randomly selected to win one of the Sontronics Voicecasting Packs.

Terms and Conditions

  • The competition is open to any individual, teacher or organisation making multiple entries for Digital Recorded Exams in any territory globally from Friday 12 July 2024.

  • Employees of LCME are not eligible to enter.

  • Entries can be made through the LCME website via the Teacher/Group booker form here or through the Import File here.

  • Eligible entries will automatically be entered into the prize draw after 31 July 2024 and twenty (20) winners will be selected at random.

  • Winners will be notified by email, and prizes will be sent via courier from LCME Head Office following confirmation of an appropriate delivery address.

  • Each qualifying entry from a centre, teacher or LCME Representative will be entered into the draw for the chance to win.  If chosen as a winner, only one Voicecasting Pack per centre, teacher or LCME Representative will be awarded.

  • Centres and Teachers may choose to donate the Voicecasting Pack to their own students or use it in their own studios.

  • Prizewinners will be contacted by LCME for use in promotional activity related to the prize draw.

  • Prizewinners wishing to use LCME or Sontronics in their own promotional activity must seek permission to use any images, branding, logos and registered trademarks associated with the University of West London, London College of Music Exams, Sontronics/Omnitronics Ltd. This includes but is not limited to, the Sontronics Voicecasting Pack and Elite.

  • Centres and Teachers are not allowed to sell the prize in any form whatsoever including, but not limited to, auction, direct sale or sale through a third-party website

  • Should centres be unhappy with the quality of the prize, they can contact LCME directly via the contact form on the LCME website. Prizewinners should not contact Sontronics directly.

  • LCME and Sontronics will assume the right to withdraw the prize or seek compensation should entries breach these terms and conditions.
