We are delighted to invite you to celebrate your outstanding achievement at the official LCME graduation ceremony 2026.
Event details
This ceremony is open to all LCME diploma recipients who have not previously attended an official LCME graduation ceremony. The event welcomes graduands worldwide, with the celebrations taking place in Kuala Lumpur.
- Ceremony date: Saturday 25 April 2026
- Venue: Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Plenary Theatre, Malaysia
- Ceremony time: To be confirmed in March 2026
What to expect
The LCME graduation ceremony represents the culmination of years of individual hard work, dedication, and a sustained pursuit of excellence. It is a significant academic milestone that brings together graduands, educators, and leaders in music and drama to celebrate achievement and formally recognise each graduand's commitment to their artistic and professional development.
Your graduation day will include the formal conferral of LCME diplomas by the University of West London. The ceremony will be attended by senior representatives of the University of West London and London College of Music Examinations, including:
- Professor Nicholas McKay, Director of the London College of Music at the University of West London
- Ben Norbury, Head of London College of Music Examinations
- LCME Chief Examiners and other distinguished guests
Catering will be provided, and you'll have the opportunity to meet and network with fellow musicians, drama practitioners, educators, and peers from around the world.
Each graduand may be accompanied by up to two family members or friends (guest tickets available for purchase – see the registration form for details).
Registration information
Participation is limited to a maximum of 300 graduands, and registration will be accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration closes on 20 March 2026 or once all places are reserved, whichever comes first. Early registration is strongly recommended.
