About the Conference

The MTA Conference brings together 200 delegates who share a common goal: delivering exceptional music education to young people today. This flagship annual event offers an excellent opportunity to connect with professionals across the music education sector.

The comprehensive programme features a diverse range of sessions including approaches to primary curriculum, conducting workshops, supporting students at KS4 and KS5, developing understanding at KS3, and building educational partnerships. Keynote speakers include Dr Jim Frankel, Founder of MusicFirst, and Mark De-Lisser, the renowned choral director whose arrangement of "Stand by Me" was performed at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
