Holiday season opening hours 2025 - head office
Our head office will be closed for the holiday period from 5pm (GMT) on Monday 23 December 2025. We will reopen at 9am (GMT) on Monday 5 January 2026.
What continues during the closure
Digital Recorded exam submission and support, plus online bookings for both digital and in-person exams, will continue as normal throughout this period.
Head office support
Our head office support team will be unavailable during the holiday closure period. If you contact us via our online contact form or telephone, we will respond to your query as soon as possible after we reopen on 5 January.
Many local LCME representatives and exam centres will be available over the holiday period.
